1. Service Description

LabelToExcel provides AI-powered shipping label parsing services. Users can convert PDF shipping labels into Excel/CSV formats.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

We offer two types of paid services:

• Pro Plan (Subscription): A recurring subscription (monthly or annual) that provides a set number of credits or unlimited access as defined in the pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Credit Packs (One-time): A non-recurring purchase of a fixed number of parsing credits that do not expire as long as your account is active.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive for high accuracy (99.9%) in our AI parsing technology, LabelToExcel is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy for every label due to the variability of file qualities and formats.

We are not liable for any errors, delays, or service interruptions caused by third-party services, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen technical failures. Users are responsible for verifying the output data before use.

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to bypass any usage limits or security measures. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
